These vanilla beans are from a previous shipment so a little older, but still really moist. They are suitable for all purposes.
These beans are cured using the bourbon method, made famous by the vanilla growers of Madagascar.
Unopened they will last for 4-6 months, once opened they will last for several months if you keep them airtight (with as little air as possible) and in a cool dark place, like your pantry. We recommend using these beans within the next month for the best freshness.
